The catalyst is a heavy oil catalytic cracking catalyst developed by us. It has been applied to more than ten heavy oil catalytic cracking units. Industrial application data show that the catalyst has good hydrothermal stability and active stability, so it is durable and has very high Strong heavy oil cracking ability. After using the catalyst and the selective response process technology and feed, the product quality is improved and the gasoline octane number is improved.
Performance characteristics
    Strengthening the cracking capacity of heavy oil, adjusting the carrier / molecular sieve ratio to change the active center distribution of the catalyst, and controlling the transitional cracking of middle distillates are the main ideas for developing the catalyst.
    Improve the lysing ability of large and mesopores;
    Inhibit the lytic ability of small pores;
    Through the selection of the carrier, the conversion rate is increased to strengthen the cracking capacity of heavy oil.
    By using ultra-stable Y-type molecular sieve and adjusting its activity, the catalyst’s activity of cracking macromolecules is fully utilized to suppress the cracking of middle distillates;
    Good coke selectivity, hydrothermal stability and strong resistance to metal pollution.
Scope of application
The catalyst is suitable for all types of heavy oil catalytic cracking units, and combined with the corresponding process technology can improve the diesel / steam ratio.
