FCC catalyst for high vanadium heavy oil
fcc@fcccatalyst.net
The catalyst can treat heavy oil FCC catalyst with high vanadium content.
Performance characteristics:
- A molecular sieve with multiple active component combinations is used to ensure excellent coke selectivity and high activity durability.
- The ultra-stable Y-type molecular sieve is used to improve the processing technology to increase the number of mesopores to meet the needs of cracking heavy oil macromolecules.
- The rare earth Y molecular sieve with high rare earth content and high activity is used to improve the vanadium poisoning resistance of the molecular sieve.
- While improving the performance of molecular sieves, the performance of the support is improved by adding metal components to increase the catalyst’s ability to resist heavy metal (especially vanadium) pollution.
- Shape-selective molecular sieve components are added to increase the yield of liquid hydrocarbons.
- Good product selectivity, low dry gas and coke yields, improve the yield of light cycle oil and light oil.
- Gasoline has higher octane number and better quality.
- The durability of the catalyst activity reduces the consumption of the catalyst and improves the processing capacity of the device.
